***ELECTION REMINDER: TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO SUBMIT YOUR ABSENTEE BALLOT***
EVERY freehold can vote in the upcoming Board of Director's Election on January 10th, 2026, or submit an absentee ballot to the District Office (8377 Cordry Drive, Nineveh, IN 46164) no later than 4 pm on January 9th. Regardless of which area you are a freeholder in, ALL freeholds are eligible to cast a vote; not just freeholders that live in the District area up for election. There is only one vote per freehold.
There are two options to submit your vote:
Attend, in person with valid Driver’s License, to the voting location on January 10th, 2026 during the hours of voting and cast your vote for your choice of candidate.
Submit an Absentee Ballot by either dropping it off or mailing it in time to arrive at the District Office, 8377 Cordry Drive, Nineveh, IN 46164, NO LATER THAN 4pm, January 9, 2026.
The Rules of Absentee Ballots are as follows:
Official Ballot shall be marked for the candidate of choice then placed in an envelope, to maintain anonymity of the vote, and sealed. The SEALED BALLOT envelope MUST then be placed in another envelope WITH the witnessed Affidavit of Legal Freeholder. The envelope containing the sealed absentee ballot and Affidavit of Legal Freeholder then can be addressed to the attention of the CSCD Election Committee and either be mailed to the District Office at 8377 Cordry Drive, Nineveh, IN 46164 or dropped off at the office, by 4pm on January 9th, 2026.
