Nineveh Road is currently CLOSED on “Church Hill” due to a tree in the power lines. Brown County Deputy’s are currently on the scene. They are waiting for the power company to remove the tree.

Cordry Lake is currently YELLOW status. This means NO WAKE.
Sweetwater Lake is currently RED status.
Lake status of RED means restricted and limited to watercraft whose sole means of propulsion is provided by the occupant of the watercraft, no watercraft propelled by gasoline engines, electric motors, wind or other forms of propulsion may utilize the lake during red status.
We will continue to monitor both lakes and update you on any changes.

CSCD AREA 4 BOARD MEMBER VACANCY
The Board of Directors has a current vacancy on the Board for the Area 4 Board seat. This vacancy shall be filled by the Board through appointment. The appointment shall expire at the end of this calendar year. All freeholders from any Area may apply. A preference will be made to appoint any freeholder applying from Area 4 to fill the vacancy. If you are interested in being appointed, please notify the Board of your interest in filling the vacancy by 12:00pm, March 6, 2026. You can call the office at 317-933-2893 and speak with Brittany Bay or Nick Johann or you can submit your interest to Brittany Bay at bbay@cscd-in.org or Nick Johann at bcocscd@gmail.com and they will submit your application to the Board. Based on interest, the Board may call a special meeting to give applicants an opportunity to be heard by the Board. The Area 4 Board seat will be up for election in 2027 through the normal election process to fill the remainder of the term which ends in January of 2028.
